In der englischen Fassung heißt es unzutreffend lediglich "in order to be able to present him in legal proceedings." It is absolutely not the case, i.e. it is incorrect to say that we paid no regard at all to that. Es ist also absolut nicht so, bzw. unzutreffend, daß wir darauf gar nicht geachtet haben.
